Balanced Medium to Dark roast that leaves a lingering silky finish. This blend is ideal for bold espresso-based drinks.

Dark cocoa leads the cup and then balanced with flavours of roasted cashew nut.

Bright touches of red currant, cherry, and a hint of orange zest add the fruit without sharp acidity are introduced with beans from the PNG highlands.
