Mambo Coffee will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we'll do our best to make everything right.
Mambo Coffee is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded immediately.
The delivery times provided by Mambo Coffee are estimates only. Mambo Coffee will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Mambo Coffee can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Acceptance of the goods
All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault.
Any warranties offered are those of the manufacturer and not that of Mambo Coffee.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order ships outside of Australia, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to check how their local customs office charges incoming packages.
You can return any product to us that arrives faulty however you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty.
Returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to not accept any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customers expense or may be picked up at our office.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Mambo Coffee can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been already shipped, the customer may return the items when they receive them.
